This is a series of three, sequential courses. All three involve finding out about and practising subjects which are known to
enhance one's Mental Health, happiness and quality of life.
The courses must be undertaken in the correct order as each one builds on the previous one.
Each course will have an agenda but this will be flexible to take account of the particular needs of the participants on
each course. The courses are open to everyone over 16 years of age. (A maximum of 6 people on each course)
If a participant has any specific support needs they would need to be accompanied by their own support worker.
Health and Wellbeing Level One
Level One includes:
Reiki I Attunements and Practice
Auras and Energy Fields
Don't just "Feel the Force", "Join the Force".
This course starts on Thursday 17th January 2019 and runs for 6 weeks.
This is an afternoon class from 1pm until 4pm. Those who complete this course will receive: a Reiki I certificate,
a participation certificate and all handouts.
This 18 hour course costs £180. If the course is paid in full at time of booking and registration, there is a 20% discount
which reduces the price to £144.
Health and Wellbeing Level Two
Level Two includes:
Getting a good night's sleep
Gratitude / Thankfulness
Happiness / Laughter
Reiki practice and energy work
Level Two runs for 7 weeks, 3 hours per week and will start 2 weeks after Level One ends.
This 21 hour course costs £210.
Health and Well being Level Three
Level Three includes:
Reiki II attunement, symbols, practice and outcomes
Review of everything covered in Levels One and Two
Level Three runs for 8 week for 3 hours per week and will start a few weeks after Level Two ends.
This 24 hour course costs £240.

A Reiki Two Class will start on Sunday 6th January.
The class will run for 5 weeks.
The Class will be from 11 am until 3 pm.
During this class you will learn:
Reiki Symbols - meaning and use.
Plus you will:
Receive a Reiki Two Attunement
Practice Reiki using the symbols
Do visualisations / meditations
Relax and have fun.
Participants who complete the course will be awarded a Reiki Two Certificate.
This is a 21 hour, face to face course which costs £210.
If you pay in full at time of registration there is a 20% discount making it £168.

This course will run from Friday 11th January 2019 and will be ongoing.
Children in Primary 5,6 and 7 will attend from 2pm until 4pm. Cost will be £10 per session.
Secondary pupils will attend from 4.15pm until 6.15pm. Cost will be £10 per session.
The course will be based in Bloom House in Livingston Village. Places will be limited. Booking and registration beforehand is a must.
During the course the children will learn Reiki. They will be taught the principles and history of Reiki and they will receive an attunement and regular practice.
The course will cover: angels,auras, affirmations, chakras, gratitude /thankfulness, happiness, hypnotherapy, meditation, mindfulness and vision boards as well as Reiki.
Children who have Reiki, meditate and practice mindfulness have many benefits. These include: contact with a positive adult role model, not family, reduced stress and anxiety, healthier sleep patterns, improved behaviour and more focus on school work.
The course helps children and teenagers make new friends, build their confidence and resilience during a period that can be quite distressing for many. We hear more and more about Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and how that affects their development. This course helps redress that balance in their favour.
This 90 minute Sleep Workshop will be held on Saturday 12th January. It will start at 10.30 am and finish at 12 noon. Tea or coffee and cakes will be provided. The cost of the workshop is £15 per person.

* Understanding the sleep cycle and importance of deep sleep.
* Tips to getting a good nights sleep.
* Bootcamp (for more chronic sleep issues) to resetting a good sleep pattern.
This workshop will be delivered by Sylvie McLeary, BSc Hons, Psychology, PGD Psychotherapy and will be held in Bloom House, Livingston Village.
